Hello everyone!
Wow, I haven't done this for a while.
So I guess I'll start with telling you all about my summer. I'm currently in England and went to visit Hampton Court yesterday. Also known as King Henry VIII's castle. (No, I did not see any of his beheaded wives ghosts hanging around, thank god) Although the castle itself is beautiful, nothing compares to its gardens.
I'm going to be honest here, flowers don't really inspire me however, these ones were just so gorgeous that I was so tempted to take a few pictures, the fact that I got a new camera might have something to do with it. A few other things should be up here soon and there will be more to come as I keep on visiting London.
So keep checking back!

Ah, well, it's been a couple of weeks... sorry about that.
But for one, I just watched the last Gossip Girl episode of the year on Monday. Now I'm not one to go crazy over girly shows like Gossip Girl, but it is a good show, the books are great, and it talks about the troubles of being a low class teenager and keeping up with the high class school you go to, which is something I, myself, face everyday.
I have to admit that I have sometimes been disappointed by some of the episodes. I'm not the best actor in the world but boy, can I critisize a performance...
But this episode was PHENOMENAL, and I don't use that word often, if ever. Chuck's (Ed Westwick's) performance was outstanding, being broken down from his father's death and scheming to find his step-mother's past while handling his love and strange relationship with Blair Waldorf (Leeighton Meester) was very well portrayed. His hatred for Lily Bass, his step-mother, and Rufus Humphrey was shown throughout the episode.
One thing I wasn't too pleased with was the Dan/Serena/Aaron situation. But I do think Serena made the right decision in finally giving her mom the chance that she deserved.
Lots of things in that episode made me really sad, almost to the brink of crying... which is an accomplishment, trust me.
*Blair finally said the three big words Chuck has been begging her to say since the last season, but Chuck is so taken over by his father's death he let's go of what is most important to him. The exact lines were:
Blair: Because I love you, Chuck
Chuck: Well, that's just too bad *drives away in limo*
It's heart-wrenching because of how much they've been through and how long they've waited...
*Lily's mother telling Rufus something he should have known a long time ago because she knew it would have been impossible for them to have a relationship if that was hidden.
Before Bart (Chuck's dad) died, he found out why Lily had gone to a hospital in France. Apparently, she found out she was pregnant with Rufus's baby, but left to France because her mother made her choose between him or her inheritance. So she ran to France, delivered, and left it there, up for adoption.
*Last, but definitley not least, there was the song "Everytime" by Lincoln Hawk, Rufus's band in Gossip Girl. The worlds are simply perfect and the emotion of the song makes it even better.
But besides that, there's not much going on. Scrubs is finally coming back in January, I am so psyched for that. I don't have a lot of time but there's only a week and a half left before winter break. What's everybody doing?
I MIGHT, go to England and Spain, if I do I'll be sure to take some pics!

Oh wow, I just realized Its been a whole year since I've done a journal entry...
I've also realized I've never put up any of my artwork on deviant... Well, mostly because none of it is any good, and secondly, even since I've started highschool (yes, i'm a froshy), I've been so swamped with work and trying to keep my grades up that I haven't even had time to write, draw, or anything. Thankfully, I'll be getting all of next week off so I'll be able to get some drawing and writing in.
Also, I'll be going back to the city this Monday. So I'll be sure to get some shots during my visit. I can't promise much because most of it will be spent stuck inside my mom's office but I'll take as much as I can while I'm on the streets. At least I'll be getting some drawing in.
Other than that my life is going pretty well in general. It's funny though, I just recently got into a relationship and people suddenly think my life is perfect and I shouldn't complain about anything whatsoever. It annoys me because a relationship doesn't make life less complicated than it was before, it just makes it easier to deal with by knowing there's someone there with you. And in my situation I barely get to see my boyfriend so it makes life more complicated, trying to balance friends, a relationship, school work, homework, fun stuff (guitar, writing, drawing, etc.), family, and health isn't as easy as it may seen.
...Wow, first journal in a year and I'm already ranting...
Sorry about that guys! ^_^
Anywayz, anyone else NOT psyched for the Twilight movie?
Ah, I remember when I first read the series... BEFORE it became a hype.
Don't you just hate that? When you do something and like a year later everyone becomes obsessed and it's a hype and people claim to be bigger fans than you even though you did it when NO ONE CARED?!
*Sigh* Am I ranting again? Man, I just can't stop...
Anyway, I should be getting back to my Spanish homework I started before realizing I needed a break... I hope you don't think reading this was a COMPLETE waste of your time...
I'll be sure to update more often, I promise!

It was morning, still dark outside. I was freezing, plus I was in torn jeans that I had slept in the night before and short sleeved cotton shirt. It was probably 0 degrees outside, or worse. On top of everything I was exhausted, I had only gotten three hours of sleep the night before. My eyes were closed and my teeth were chattering. I could hear rumbling, voices, shouting in the distance. I stood there with what was left of my dignity. I had no swords or knives. Not even a swiss army pocket knife. I hadn't learnt enough magic to deal with the huge crowd of people that were going to trample me. All I had were my fists and feet. They were my last resort of self defense. There was no energy left in me, I had no breakfast, and no dinner the night before. Those people were coming closer now. I could hear them, they were getting louder, their footsteps echoing, the talking and shouting. I opened my eyes ready to face the worse fight of my life. Me, a one woman army against crowds of.........

SHOPPERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ready for black friday.
Though this my sound like a story of a lonely homeless girl that has to fight an huge army. Its not... its just me being forced to shop in the morning on my break on black friday.

Well, I've had another first day of school today and I am EXAUGHSTED! I've been running around school today trying to follow my screwed up schedules and dealing with new kids. (Not that I'm not happy about the new kids I've made pretty good friends with most of them). On top of that there's the usual "who broke up" and "who got together" nonsense going around. And I am sad to report that someone who I am very fond of is with the SAME GIRL. But as my very good friend always says; "that's irrelevent". Although he happens to say that for everything. I am taking a graphic design class which I love since this will help my photography and I will be with the same teacher that has inspired me to get more active into my talent of art so thank you to him. I am also student director of our play coming up soon so I have been very busy. Tomorrow I must prepare for another hectic day which will be even more hectic because of more homework. But I promise to keep you posted on everything that happens. (Well, the exciting things at least :)) So bye for now!
